With the rest of North America still under winter's wrap it's hard to imagine spring is on it's way. Here on the west coast of Canada we tend to think of February as spring. I suppose it's because we see early blooming crocuses pushing up through the ground and tiny buds on trees. Anyway, it seems appropriate to talk about Umbrellas right now because we also get a whole lot of rain at this time of year.
